ABOUT
My name is Hailey Harman, and I am the Dance Teacher/Owner of Shining Lights Dance Studio located in New Milford, Pennsylvania.
Dance is one of my biggest passions in life, and I strive to instill that love and passion into every one of my students.
During my 16 years of dance experience, I have trained in various styles and techniques, both on a recreational and competitive level. During my years of competitive dance, I have achieved a variety of awards
including the highest levels of adjudication, many first place overall high scores, other overall placements, and 2 regional titles. I was crowned Senior Miss Allentown in 2023 at True Dance Challenge Competition and was named the Senior Miss Title winner at Headliners Dance Competition in 2024.
In addition to my own personal dance experience, I have completed coursework in Dance Education at the School of International Dance Teaching Standards, equipping me to teach children of all ages.
